Kaelo recognized as Level 1 BEE contributor
In May 2008, Kaelo was assessed as a level 1 accredited black economic empowerment company (135% BEE procurement recognition level), with an effective 50% management control. It adopts equity employment as defined by the department of labour and has an 80% HDSA staff complement.
Kaelo embraces BEE as a fundamental requirement for the sustainability of South Africa and has acted accordingly.
