Circular 56 of 2020 Update
n order to keep you updated, we would like to inform you that since the Council of Medical Schemes (CMS) released Circular 56 on the 14th of August 2020, this has been a key business consideration for Kaelo.
Kaelo has been proactively working on finding a suitable solution to this matter through a number of avenues including the extensive engagement with all relevant regulators; associated partners as well as gaining legal counsel on the matter.
